PGCIL: PGCIL 1543 Field Engineer Posts
Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL), one of the largest transmission utilities, a Maharatna PSU, is inviting online applications for the recruitment of 1,543 Field Engineer and Field Supervisor posts on contractual basis. Candidates will be selected through the Power Common FE Written Exam 2025. Eligible candidates can apply online till September 17.

✓ Total No. of Vacancies: 1,543
✓ Eligibility: Diploma, BE/BTech, ME/MTech in the relevant discipline from a recognized university/institution with at least 55% marks and work experience.
✓ Pay Scale: Rs.30,000 to Rs.1,20,000 per month for Field Engineer; Rs.23,000- Rs.1,05,000 for Field Supervisor.
✓ Age Limit: Not more than 29 years as on 17.09.2025.
✓ Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of written test and interview.
✓ Exam Pattern: Technical Knowledge 50 questions, Aptitude Test 25 questions (English, Reasoning, Aptitude, General Knowledge), Interview will be conducted only for Field Engineering.
✓ Exam Centers: Delhi, Bhopal, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Guwahati, Mumbai.
✓ Application Fee: Rs.400 for Field Engineer, Rs.300 for Field Supervisor. SC, ST, Divyang and Ex-Servicemen candidates will be exempted from paying the fee.
