✓ Enter your Aadhaar number.
✓ In absence of Aadhaar card enter 24 digit enrollment number.
✓ Enter your name in Title and enter your full name.
✓ Select sponsoring agency like_ KVIC, KVIB, DIC & COIR Board
> Select State.
> Select District.
> Select the purpose office of the district.
> Select INDIVIDUAL in the type of legal.
> Select Gender.
> Enter Date of Birth.
> Select Category like_ General, OBC, SC & ST
✓ Select Highest Educational Qualification.
> Enter Correspondence Address and in Address enter your Village/ Mohalla name, Block/ Municipal body name, District and Pincode along with Mobile Number, Alternate Mobile Number, E-mail ID and PAN Card.
